Incident reporting

At Artinis we find the safety and data integrity of our users and subjects of the upmost importance. Therefore we would like to ask you to please report any cybersecurity incident, actively exploited vulnerability or safety incident that you have been made aware off involving an Artinis product immediately to incident@artinis.com.

Please include the following information as applicable and known:

  • Name(s) of the involved product(s)

  • Serial number(s) of the involved product(s)

  • Software name, ID and version

  • Your contact details

  • Country of occurrence

  • Description of the event

  • Description of consequences and/or potential consequences

  • Circumstances that could have contributed or be relevant to the event (e.g. the digital environment used, other software/products involved or actions that could have contributed)

  • Any actions taken or parties/authorities informed after the event

Explanation

What is a cybersecurity incident?

An event compromising the availability, authenticity, integrity or confidentiality of stored, transmitted or processed data or of the services offered by, or accessible via, network and information systems.

What is an actively exploited vulnerability

A vulnerability in a product with digital elements for which there is reliable evidence that a malicious actor has exploited it in a system without permission of the system owner.

What is a safety incident?

A malfunction or deterioration of characteristics or performance of a product that negatively affected or could have negatively affected a person’s health or safety.
