Features

One everlasting issue for a researcher in the lab is the synchronization of different types of instrumentation and the data files they produce. Many instruments cannot be synced directly, but most have a way to produce a trigger signal or the capability to record one. The PortaSync is the answer to this problem! It is a wireless remote device which connects to every Artinis NIRS instruments, including our portable and wearable devices.

The PortaSync can generate two signal levels in the NIRS data file, e.g. representing two types of events. These signals are also generated as an output to an external device you wish. As an extra, we add one analogue input port to record external triggers.
