Webinar

From Light to Insight: fNIRS in Parkinson’s Research

fNIRS finds increasing application in medical research – for instance to study differences in brain activity of diseased and healthy populations, or to investigate the effectiveness of different therapy strategies. As it is portable, lightweight and less prone to movement artifacts, fNIRS can also be used in clinical studies that involve movement.

In our next webinar with the title “From Light to Insight: fNIRS in Parkinson’s Research”, Dr. Edgar Guevara will explain how fNIRS can be used to study patients with Parkinson’s disease, giving an overview of current research findings and future perspectives.

All (f)NIRS enthusiasts are welcome to join!
